Carol has presented at numerous provincial, national and international conferences in such fields as Child and Youth Care, Social Work, and Educational Technologies. Her current research interests include cultural diversity training and education, increasing cultural competence in organizations, organizational development: improving organizational communication and leadership and developing leadership and supervision skills. Carol has also written a number of publications, articles and book chapters in these areas, including several in the area of cultural diversity.
